• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate information at registration — your name, phone number, and email must all be real and your own. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for any loss resulting from sharing them with anyone else.
• The 77jya platform is not available to users from restricted countries or regions. This list is subject to change from time to time.

Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. 77jya follows international anti-money laundering standards, making KYC a mandatory process.

The following payment rules apply to all transactions on 77jya:

For withdrawals: the minimum amount per transaction is ৳500. KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000. You cannot withdraw more than the total amount deposited into your account.

• Only transact using a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77jya. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonus offers — for example, intentionally placing low-risk bets after claiming a bonus in order to meet the wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor or placing bets for them.

• Registering with false information or failing to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity — if you do not log in for more than 12 consecutive months, your account may be marked as inactive.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

Under no circumstances will 77jya be held liable for the following:

• If a bet could not be completed due to an internet disconnection or a third-party technical issue.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Any technical issues on the part of the game provider.
• Indirect losses — such as lost profits or missed opportunities.

Where 77jya is found to be directly at fault, any compensation shall be limited to a maximum of the value of the transaction in question.
